Shift Required:

12-hour 24-hour Short-visit

Terms and Conditions for Home Healthcare Services:

Provide accurate and up-to-date medical history and relevant information to the Provider.
Follow the prescribed medical treatment plan and cooperate with the nursing staff.
Notify the Provider of any changes in health status, condition, or medications.
Maintain a safe and clean environment for nursing services. Ensure necessary equipment/supplies are available.
Be present or arrange for a responsible adult during scheduled nursing visits.
Make timely payments for services rendered as outlined in the Agreement.
Communicate promptly regarding scheduling or service-related issues.
Inform the Provider of any allergies, sensitivities, or special care needs.

Service Charges (Fixed and Final):

Doctor visit: According to the doctor fee and location
Physiotherapist: According to the doctor fee and location
ICU nurse (12-hour shift): 3,500
Nurse (12-hour shift): 3,000
Attendant caretaker (per shift): 1,700

Payment & Management Policies:

Advance payment required for 10 days.
Never pay staff directly without asking management; otherwise, management will not be responsible.
Payment process completed every 15 days (15th and end of month).
Only cash or online payments are accepted. No checks.
Do not discuss payment matters with Company staff.
Inform management of staff complaints; action taken after investigation.
Do not keep personal items in patient’s room (except medicine/instruments).
Dealing directly with staff voids refund rights and management may take action.
To discontinue, inform the company 5 days in advance.
If family doesn't provide lunch during day duty, extra charges apply.
Special days (Eid, Christmas, Easter): one day off given.
Management reserves the right to change staff at any time.
Family should not interfere in staff work; inform management of concerns.
If family gives leave to staff, payment must continue until staff rejoins.
Discontinuing service before 15 days incurs an additional charge of 3,000.
