Code of Operational & Financial Terms
Prescribed Medical Treatment
Patient/Family must strictly follow the prescribed medical treatment plan provided by the patient's primary doctor and fully cooperate with our assigned nursing staff.
Health Status Notification
The patient’s family must immediately notify the Shifa Provider of any changes in the patient's health status, medication changes, or updated medical instructions.
Clean Work Environment
Maintain a safe, dignified, clean, and cooperative environment for our nursing staff to deliver medical home health services properly.
Supplies & Equipment Availability
The family must ensure that all essential medical equipment, supplies, or basic disposables needed for patient care are readily available at all times.
15-Day Advance Payment
A minimum advance payment corresponding to 15 days of estimated service is strictly required to initiate nursing services.
Service-Wise Shift Charges (12 Hr)
- Care taker: Rs. 2,000/-
- Aid Nurse: Rs. 3,000/-
- Nurse: Rs. 3,500/-
- Registered Nurse (RN): Rs. 4,000/-
- Post RN Nurse: Rs. 4,500/-
- BS Nurse: Rs. 5,000/-
Biannual Billing Cycles
All invoices and payments must be settled in cycles of 15 days (specifically at the mid-month mark and the end of each calendar month).
Staff Allocation Rights
Shifa Management retains sole rights to transfer or change active staff. Direct interference or micro-management of clinical staff routines by family members is prohibited.
Zero Direct Dealings Policy
Dealing directly with staff members outside official channels is strictly illegal. Breach of this term results in legal actions, immediate service termination, and complete forfeiture of the advance deposit.
5-Day Termination Notice
To discontinue care services, the patient’s guardian must officially inform the corporate management team at least 5 days in advance.
Day Staff Meal Allowances
The patient’s family must provide lunch for active day-duty staff. Alternatively, standard structural meal charges will be invoiced monthly.
Operational Liability Limits
Shifa Home Health Care holds no legal liability or responsibility for incidents occurring outside the professional nursing scope of assigned operations.
Holidays & Rostered Off Days
Occasions like Eid, Christmas, and Easter count as official holiday leaves. For 24-hr services, staff get 1 day off every 15 days. Replacement duty requests incur extra billing.
Immediate Termination Protocols
If patient expiration or unexpected medical emergency occurs, services terminate immediately. A nominal 2-day rate is deducted; all leftover deposit is completely refunded.
